Monster Beverage’s thirst for growth wasn’t quenched by energy drinks alone. In 2022, it paid a cool $330 million for CANarchy, grabbing breweries like Oskar Blues and Deep Ellum to diversify its empire and tap into the booming craft beer market.

The Beast Unleashed drink currently available in size states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Ohio & Iowa.

Get ready to unleash The Beast across the entire US! Monster’s co-CEO, Rodney Sacks, roared the good news last week: their new boozy seltzer, aptly named The Beast Unleashed, will be available nationwide by December 31st 2023.

Move over, boring beers! Monster’s entering the alcohol arena with a claw, not a whimper. Their Beast Unleashed hard seltzer is just the beginning. Rodney Sacks hints at a future bursting with “additional innovative product lines,” promising a Monster-ous variety of flavors and formats to tantalize your taste buds.

The world of hard seltzers! But fear not, energy drink fans, the familiar flavors you crave are still present. Peach Perfect and Scary Berries lead the charge in The Beast Unleashed lineup, showcasing your favorite Monster tastes in a grown-up, bubbly format.

Those worried about the mind boggling effect of adding alcohol to an already caffeine-laden drink (Monster Energy contains 165g of caffeine per 500ml can; the equivalent of four Espresso shots) can rest easy, as Monster claims there is zero caffeine in The Beast Unleashed
